In order for our guests to use our facilities safely and comfortably, we have established the following terms of use based on the accommodation agreement. Please note that if you do not comply with these terms, we may be forced to refuse your stay and use of the hotel facilities, and we may ask you to pay for any damages incurred by the hotel. 1 .Immediately upon arrival, please check the evacuation route map posted on the back of the room entrance door and the emergency exits on each floor.

2.Smoking is not permitted in the entire building. If you smoke in your room, you will be charged the actual cleaning fee.

3.Smoking is only allowed in designated areas designated by the hotel. Even in designated areas with ashtrays, please be careful to dispose of cigarette butts so as not to cause a fire.

4. Please do not do anything in your room that could cause a fire, and do not use fire or heat generating appliances for heating or cooking.

5. Please do not leave any of the following items in your room

The following items are not permitted in the rooms as they may disturb other guests

a) Animals and birds

b) Gunpowder, volatile oil, or other flammable or combustible materials

c) Items that emit a foul odor

d) Items in excess of sensible quantities

e) Firearms, swords, or stimulants not permitted by law.

6.Please make sure that the door is locked when you leave your room during your stay. Please make sure that the door is latched when you are in your room and especially when you go to bed. If you have visitors, please check the door scope or open the door halfway with the door latched.

7.Please meet visitors in the lobby. Please refrain from meeting visitors in your guest room. Please do not use your guest room for any purpose other than for your stay.

8.The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or theft of your valuables.

9. lost and found items will be kept in the hotel for 3 months (1 week for valuables) from the date of discovery, after which they will be handled in accordance with the Lost and Found Law. 10.

10. business activities (use of the guest rooms or lobby as an office/business office, providing services or lectures to visitors/guests, etc.) are not permitted.

11. any activity such as distributing advertising materials or selling goods to other guests is prohibited in the hotel.

12.Gambling and any other activities that disturb public morals and cause inconvenience to others are prohibited.

  6. Engaging in gambling or behaving in an indecorous manner or committing acts likely to cause annoyance to other Guests within the Hotel.
  7. Wearing bathrobe, pajamas and slippers which are provided for you, outside your room.
  8. Distributing advertising or publicity materials or selling commodities within the Hotel, without the prior approval of the Hotel.
  9. Taking photographs, films or video tapes for business purpose without the prior approval of the Hotel
  10. For Non-Emergencies, do not enter facilities such as Emergency stairway, rooftop or the Fire Control Center.
  11. Hotel property that is scratched or damaged in any way, either consciously or otherwise by Guest will be their full responsibility and liability.
